Contract opportunities are purchasing notices from school districts, colleges, universities, and purchasing cooperatives. Anyone can search them here. Notices include requests for proposals, requests for quotes, invitations for bids, requests for information, and award notices.
Every listing links to the institution that issued it. You respond through that institution's process.

Get started searching contract opportunities
Type a keyword, like janitorial or HVAC, or paste a notice ID. Then narrow results with the filters on the left: notice type, state, category, NAICS code, vendor preference, and dates.
Select a title to see the full notice, attachments, contacts, and every version since it was first posted.
Use contract opportunities advanced search
Filters combine: every filter you set must match. Keywords match titles, descriptions, notice IDs, and institution names. To see closed notices, set Status to Inactive. To see who won, search Award Data.
Do I need an account?
Anyone can search contract opportunities without an account. An account lets you follow opportunities, join interested vendor lists, and register your business.

Notice Types
- RFP: proposals scored on approach, experience, and price
- RFQ: price quotes for defined goods or services
- IFB: sealed bids, lowest responsive and responsible bidder wins
- RFI: market research. No award results.
